Both teams have had interesting seasons to say the least. The Cardinals started 2-0, albeit against weak teams. Since then the've lost 5 straights, but to relatively strong teams (sans the Titans), with those 5 losses coming by a combined 13 points. Jacoby Brissett will start tonight, although Kyler Murray is active, but still hurt. Despite his acting career taking off for being a lifetime backup QB, he's played decently in his 2 starts. On the other side of the ball, Dallas has the 2nd best offense and the 2nd worst defense. But they've been a scoring machine at home, putting up 40 against the Giants and Packers, and 44 against the Commanders. The big question is, can their defense hold up. I just don't see Brissett lighting them up. Because of the Cardinals ability to keep games close and sneak in the backdoor cover, the value is on the Cowboys Moneyline. It's been hovering around -175 all day. DraftKings briefly dropped to -166 around 5pm ET, but it was quickly bet back up to -175. The GridironAI moneyline model that I target has the Cowboys winning at 64%. -175 odds implies a probability of 63.6%, so a 0.4% edge. Obviously if you can find better odds, the value increases. On the total. Oh boy. The Gridiron team total model has a score projection of 29-23 in favor of Dallas. This further supports the moneyline play. With a score projection of 52, it implies some value on the Under 54, but given how good Dallas has been at scoring at home, I can't pull the trigger on it. The line was as high as 54.5, but was bet down and has been hovering at 53.5 to 54.
